View my GitHubThesis: "Solar Eruptions Across Different Scales: Energetics and Coupled Dynamics"
Research Interest
My research investigates the energetics and coupled dynamics of solar eruptive phenomena — primarily flares and coronal jets — across a range of spatial and temporal scales, using coordinated multi-instrument observations from SDO, IRIS, Hinode, Solar Orbiter and Aditya-L1.
I combine imaging, spectroscopic diagnostics and magnetic field extrapolation to probe the thermal, kinematic and magnetic signatures of these eruptions, with implications for coronal heating, solar-wind mass loading and space-weather forecasting.
Key Interests
My Work
X-ray spectroscopy of solar flares
Isothermal XSPEC fitting (chisoth / CHIANTI) of 47 SoLEXS-observed M-class flares to trace plasma temperature, emission measure and abundance evolution.
Standard-to-blowout jet transitions
Multi-wavelength kinematics and DEM-based energetics of a recurrent active-region jet, with NFFF magnetic extrapolation linking a plasmoid-driven eruption to a null-point reconnection site.
